They are locally owned and operated. They provide excellent personal service to make sure the job is done right and efficiently. They handle the insurance which makes the process easy and convenient. I will always work with someone local that supports the community by donating a portion of the windshield replacement fee with a local charity.

JT removed and replaced the tint on my car. He took great care and had attention to detail. He wiped down all my window and windshield to make sure everything was clean before handing me back the keys. I would recommend him to anyone!

This is my second experience with roadrunner glass.

My work schedule changed at the last minute and they were very accommodating. The tech (I wish I could remember his name) came to my house earlier and got the job done 25 minutes before I had to leave. If I find out the gentleman’s name I will edit this review to include it.

I had full tinting done on my vehicle about two years ago and couldn’t be happier with it! Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly and happy to walk you through best options for your needs.
Six months ago, I ran into an emergency situation where my driver’s side window was vandalized right before a work trip out of state, they were able to help coordinate getting the keys on the day I had to fly out! They replaced the glass and tint all in one go,w gave me peace of mind as I traveled. Not to mention, the first tint they had done held all of the glass together even though a rock had been thrown through it!

Called.. this business due to my cracked front windshield they took care of everything including the insurance. The technician that came out to replace my windshield whose name is DeAndre was one of the most professional and proficient young men I have ever come across his care to detail and general good nature were great. I will gladly use this business for any of my glass needs from now on

D’Andre was right on time and very professional. He cleaned my windshield and explained that his drill was larger than the surface chip I was concerned about and said I should not be concerned about it splitting. The office was so helpful in scheduling the appointment. hopefully I will not need to call them in the future but who knows what can happen in Tucson. Highly recommend
